Welcome to the profound world of yoga, where every breath is a step on an endless journey. I am Aylin AKA Moonlight, a dedicated yoga enthusiast who sees yoga not merely as a physical practice but as a deep and transformative odyssey.

My journey with yoga began several years ago in Turkey, and since then, it has become an inseparable part of my life. As both an instructor and a perpetual student, I've traveled across different landscapes and experienced diverse instructors and studios. Yoga has woven its way into the fabric of my existence.

Upon relocating to Poland, my commitment to yoga deepened.

I immersed myself in a 200-hour teacher training program, delving into the intricacies of Yin Yoga. This exploration reached new heights through a transformative 200-hour Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine training with the esteemed Dhugal Meachem, reshaping my perspective on yoga.

Breath became a focal point of my practice, leading me to complete the Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) breathing exercises teacher training program with Dr. Richard Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg. Inspired by this knowledge, I volunteered to share breathing techniques with Ukrainian refugees and earthquake victims in Turkey, realizing the power of breath in healing.

But my journey doesn't stop there. Integrating the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine, I combine Yin Yoga and breathwork with self-healing techniques such as acupressure points, gua sha for face and body, and the profound art of balancing qi. These practices, rooted in centuries-old Chinese traditions, enhance the holistic approach to well-being.

My heart desire is to touch people's life & discover yin side of the life together.

My insatiable quest for knowledge led me to an introductory education in Chinese Medicine, seamlessly blending it with my Yin Yoga practices. Currently I study  Chinese Medicine at the Open Shenzhou University , this new chapter unfolds as a journey into the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine.

In addition to my yoga and TCM pursuits, I extend the healing touch through NADA ptotochol (ear acupuncture) at the Ukrainian refugee center in Warsaw. With a wealth of experience practicing acupuncture in TCM clinics across Amsterdam, Italy, and Warsaw, I bring a holistic approach to well-being.

I offer both online and in-person classes, weaving together the threads of my diverse training. Organizing retreats and workshops across Europe, I invite you to join me on this transformative expedition. Together, let's explore the boundless realms of yoga, breath, and ancient healing practices. The journey awaits, and I am honored to guide you on this path of self-discovery and wellness.
